Identity CoAnalyst • The Platform

Design the questions. The AI delivers the conversation.

Three tools that work together — a questionnaire designer, a requirements document designer, and an AI that delivers the whole thing to stakeholders as a guided conversation rather than a form. This page covers every capability in detail.

01 — The Questionnaire Designer

Build expert-level questionnaires in minutes, not weeks

Describe your assessment goal to the AI — "I need a SailPoint role mining questionnaire" or "create a vendor risk assessment" — and it generates a complete questionnaire with questions, answer options, dependencies and branching logic. Then fine-tune it in the visual editor.

02 — Question Types

Not just text boxes. Real data capture.

Every question type renders inline in the conversation, so stakeholders answer naturally without switching to a separate form. The AI adapts its delivery to the question type.

Open text

Free-form answers in a natural conversation. The AI can probe for more detail, ask clarifying questions, or explain terminology.

Single & multi-select

Dropdowns, radio buttons and checkboxes, with optional custom input. Constrain answers to your options or let stakeholders type their own.

Dynamic matrix grids

Multi-row, multi-column tables where rows generate from previous answers. List your roles and the matrix appears with each role as a row. Cell types: text, boolean, dropdown, number.

Horizontal groups

Form-like layouts inline in the conversation — labels left, inputs right. Related fields bundled so stakeholders complete them as one step.

Conditional branches

Questions that only appear when relevant. If a stakeholder says "we don't use PAM," every PAM follow-up vanishes. Content-aware pruning, not just yes/no rules.

Question dependencies

Chain questions into flows. Answer A triggers question B, which unlocks section C. The visual editor shows the full dependency graph.

Document upload pre-fill

Stakeholders drop in a spreadsheet or PDF mid-conversation; the AI extracts answers, maps them to the right questions and pre-fills the form. Review before submitting.

Edit-in-place answers

A pencil icon on every submitted answer. Click to revise inline — matrix grids, horizontal groups, text — without restarting the conversation.

03 — The Requirements Document Designer

Design the output before you collect a single answer

Most tools collect answers and leave you to write the report. ICA inverts that: design the requirements document template first, then map answers into it. When stakeholders finish, the document writes itself.

04 — The Conversational Experience

Your stakeholders talk to an expert, not a form

When a stakeholder opens their assigned questionnaire they do not see fifty blank fields. They see a chat interface with an AI that understands the subject matter, delivers one question at a time, explains why each question matters, and adapts based on every answer.

05 — The Built-In AI Assistant

Talk to the platform. It does what you say.

A floating AI assistant lives on every page. It does not only answer questions — it executes them. Create users, assign questionnaires, generate reports, even auto-answer an entire questionnaire from a reference document, chaining several commands in a single message.

06 — Accelerating Completion

Pre-fill answers. Upload documents. Save everyone time.

Administrators can pre-answer questions with institutional knowledge before stakeholders ever see the questionnaire. Stakeholders review each pre-answer and agree or disagree — with written justification required for a disagreement, which makes the trail audit-ready.

07 — Cross-Stakeholder Analytics

See where teams agree. See where they don't.

When twelve stakeholders answer the same questionnaire, the interesting part is not the individual answers — it is the patterns. ICA detects contradictions, measures consensus, flags anomalies and shows where the gaps and risks are before the requirements document is generated.

08 — Why This Is Not a Survey Tool

Survey tools send a form. ICA sends an AI expert.

The distinction is not marketing. It shows up in every capability that determines whether requirements gathering finishes in days or in weeks.

Survey tools automate distribution. ICA automates expertise. The AI does not simply deliver questions — it understands the domain, explains terminology, prunes irrelevant paths based on what was actually said, and generates the documentation that used to take weeks of manual compilation. Design the questions once; the platform handles everything between "assign" and "deliverable".

09 — 500+ Questions Across 11 Domains

Start with templates. Customise everything.

Pre-configured questionnaires organised by domain — not blank templates. Every question is written by practitioners and structured to produce output that maps directly to implementation requirements.

10 — API & Integrations

ICA fits where you already work

A full REST API with OpenAPI 3.0 documentation and an interactive Scalar UI means ICA plugs into an existing delivery ecosystem. Pull survey results, retrieve answers and access generated documents programmatically.
